Sex and The City and Fabulous

Wow! That was a long movie. I just saw Sex and The City and boy was it amazing! It supplied all the sufficient needs that a SATC fan wants. The movie offered closure on all the characters, and if you are not a SATC fan, you might not enjoy the movie. I cried, I laughed (hysterically), and I awed. However, after the movie I felt lonely, but felt the need to have a greater appreciation for my friends. The SATC girls have a bond so strong that I hope I have lovely friends like that well into my golden years.

Before the movie, I went to visit my old job. I get along great with my former boss and I even helped out a little. Oh, I used to work at this awesome ice cream treatery called MaggieMoo's. And you know what, in honor of SATC they came out with a special ice cream mix properly named Cosmopolitan. It's a mixture of chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries--can you say yummy in my tummy?

Moving on to my outfit, I decided on a yellow dress. I feel like I'm channeling a little bit of every character in my outfit; I love it and I hope you do too :).

    Hi secretista-you look fabulous in this dress- I adore it!! Yes, I went yesterday and it was awesome! The girls have such a strong bond in the film it seems so unbelievable they don't get on in real life? Do you think its true there is a feud? I adored the film I was laughing one minute, crying the next! The girls did good!

    i havent seen this film yet, because well i never used to watch Sex n the City! i was like 10 when it first started and i didnt wanna watch it because it has sex in the title and fort... oooh nooo lmao! i was more excited for the Indiana Jones but i still think ill watch this =] love the outfit.x

    Pop Quiz! Guess what I obviously had to do in celebration of the SATC movie? Give up? I paid $25 to take the train into the city to see the movie with my sis and some of her friends, plus I got drenched because it stormed on Saturday when I went. Did I mention the movie was fantastic!

    And congrats on the internship, even though it isn't O and we can't pass notes via my sister now. Who wants to work at a magazine for middle-aged housewives anyway?

    SATC was one of the longest movies but I only realized that when I left the theatre. I was too busy laughing/crying/laughing while crying and eating my gigantic ice cream.

    i went to see sex and the city two days ago...and loved it of course. it was so inspirational. i love your outfit! not only the dress, but the bag, shoes and scarf. :-)
