Cupcakes are an obsession I could never quit. So when I opened my e-mail today (amidst my long, long day), I was super excited to see a lovely entry about cupcakes from New York magazine. Apparently, the fabulous ladies at Cupcakes Take The Cake, are hosting a party for their 4th year blogiversary! As soon as I read that cupcakes from Crumbs would be there, I was sold. I didn't need to read on, but there will be lots of other cupcake treats at the cupcaketastic bash. If I didn't have class, I'd be the first person to show up.

This probably sounds like sacrilege in the face of your cupcake-lovin' lifestyle, but I think I'm more in love with the idea of a cupcake (so cute, a single-serving cake so perfectly iced!) than actually eating them. I find the frosting really sweet and I'm completely satisfied after one. :P
