Make Cupcakes. Not War.

It's no surprise to anyone who knows me; I am OBSESSED with cupcakes. It's kind of sickening how obsessed I am, but I don't apologize for my love of the perfect accessory. So when I opened the February issue of Teen Vogue and saw an article on having a DIY cupcake party, I knew the editors had me in mind (or, I like to think they did). Simply stated, cupcakes and fashion go hand-in-hand--in my world.

The article states it best. I love not having to share a cupcake, and with my birthday on the way, I'm anticipating how many cupcakes I'll be eating to celebrate the best day on Earth, ever. Of course I believe that sharing is caring, but when it comes to a cupcake, GET YOUR OWN!

Everyone has a different way to eat a cupcake. I lick all the icing off and then I shove the cupcake in my mouth. What do you do?

    ok that cake is delish!!! its way to pretty to eat infact!
    I love cupcakes but can never finish one,pathetic huh? ;o) they are yummy but are a tad too sweet for me.
    in terms of how i eat mine,in tiny bites to savour it ;o)

    That cupcake picture is gorgeous! I don't have much of a sweet tooth so much as a salt tooth, so I can't eat more than one cupcake at a time. :)

    You know that I've never eaten a cupcake like that? But since I saw a picture of them on your blog, I've been wanting to. Do you know if there are any recipe books for cupcakes?
    You know, I should get my mum to make cupcakes for me on my birthday (Monday, yay!) :D
    I usually eat slowly, so I guess I would eat the cupcake slowly to savour it too. And I would probably eat it together, cake and icing.

    i love that heart cupcake, how pretty. i love cupcakes but need to cutdown for my diet now. sad! but i will try to balance icing to cake when i eat one. : )
