Unemployed

Last week I attended an "Open Call" to apply for a position in American Apparel at my local mall. It's summer and I don't have a job (besides my internship), so I have no source of true income; sigh. I'm kind of bummed AA didn't hire me. I'M THE PERFECT CANDIDATE (in my head at least)!! Someone, hire me. Please. I'm a broke college kid who can work part-time. I'm super fun and hardworking.


Thanks for not hiring me AA.

    You don't want to work in a silly sexually charged atmosphere anyway! And open calls? Like it's a modeling call or an audition? They've really gotten a big head on them, haven't they? You'll find something better.

    Yeah, American Apparel hires people based on appeal/looks. Sad to say, but a lot of stores hire based on image and how you look.
