With the Sex and The City movie only about a week away, I can't help but run outfit ideas through my mind. I'm not sure which Sex and The City character I want to look more like, but I will say I always identified my style with Carrie Bradshaw. Carrie is effortlessly edgy and chic--I hope that's how my style is perceived.
Nevertheless, I can't seem to put an outfit together. Except, I am sure that I will be wearing black rose embellished headband, but with what dress and what heels?! So many looks to emulate. I could go effortlessly chic like Carrie, classically wholesome like Charlotte, strictly business like Miranda, or sexually professional like Samantha. I guess we'll all just have to wait and see what I come up with next week.
Oh, and sorry for the lack of outfit pictures. I've been enjoying my bed since I've been home (so, I haven't truly unpacked), but that will all change tomorrow being that I have to drive back to school for work, so prepare yourselves for a lovely outfit picture/photo shoot, eh whatever you wanna call it. :)

i can't wait for the movie!! i'm much more of a carrie too!
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda mad that we've seen all the outfit pictures before the movie came out it sort of ruins a lot of that mystery don't you think? Though I think sjp looks amazing in every single one!
ReplyDeleteI love Carrie, she's my favorite! But anyway, I haven't read your blog in a while b/c I thought during your hiatus you weren't going to post anything so I just say the post about the boy calling you back. When he gives you his number, he's setting YOU up to call HIM, which isn't my ideal situation. The fact that he claimed he'll call you back and hasn't is a bad sign. Doing what he says he's going to do is the first stich in the ultra fabulous pea coat of relationships, and it's cold outside. With text messaging and speed-dialing, it's almost impossible not to call you. My advice? Forget about him! Soon you'll find someone who'll recognize the truly wonderful person that you are. :]
ReplyDeleteI love the dress in the middle and on the right. Pat Fields is amazing!
ReplyDeletecan't wait for your pics and the movie!!!
ReplyDeleteI CAN'T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE!!!
ReplyDeleteFor the movie, the stereotypes of each character have been blurred anyway... so basically you can wear anything and still get away with identifying with a character...
ReplyDeleteI'm very excited for next wednesday!!!
